The very first book i give a 5 star to… this was such a stunning read, i don’t even have the words for it, but McCarthy sure does because he writes so elegantly, so poetic and so all-encompassing pffffff i will not get over this book! Yes it is very sad and yes i fought tears (read the last pages at work and let me tell you that was not the way to go) however it is also a really beautiful story about a father and a son and their relationship to eachother, to the world and how they see others… nevertheless it is also extremely bleak and so so painful
Such such suuuuch an interesting thinkpiece of a book in my humble opinion!
