I had lots of fun! The writing was really nice as well, especially for the genre and the buildup of tension was done especially well! Will read more of this author's work!

Very interesting book, I really liked the merging and clashing of cultures and the religious systems. I also really liked the relationship between Sabra and Ead, but the focus on them was really light, because of the four different POVs, I kind of feel like we could have done without Loth's POV (I did not like Nicolas, but I understood why we got his perspective).

It's a lot different than I expected, less formulaic and quite fun!
