I loved this book - it's set in the same world as the Clockwork Boys, which I wasn't as enamored by, but the characters of this book really made it for me. A paladin who knits?! An awkward but amazing heroine?! A weasel-cat?!?!?! The bookshop I bought this at described it as 'cosy horror,' which definitely fits. I'm going back tomorrow to buy the rest of the series.

  • Can we suggest books to be on this list?

Not that this list needs to be extensive or anything but I think a few books that are more recent could be added that are considered cozy fantasy. Namely the Emily Wilde series by Heather Fawcett or at least the first book. Feel free to use this post to suggest others.

  • What's your book bad habit?

I'm terrible for cracking spines (on my own books - I would never do that to someone else's or the library's books) and I have been known to dog-ear instead of using a bookmark šŸ˜¬šŸ˜…. Tell me your worst habits!

  • Playlist recommendations ✨

I always love reading while listening to music! šŸŽ¶ I'm currently reading Cemetery boys but I can't find fitting songs for that specific book!
If you do have any songs recommendations, no matter the music genre, I would love to listen to it!

I didn't read the back when I purchased this šŸ˜‚ now I know why it's called Paladin's Grace.

  • least favorite reads of the year so far?

aka books you read and wished you could get back all the time you spent reading them 🫩.

for me, there’s a few contenders but Would You Rather by Allison Ashley comes to mind.
