Hey everyone. Does anyone have a good fantasy book to read? For series nth longer than 3 books cuz uni is killing me. I don’t really care whether or not it has a romance subplot as long as the character dynamics are really good ( bonus points if it’s found family). Thank you 💗

Inspired by a convo with @heimska on a post from Friday...if you could have any superpower, what would it be?
(Book bonus: Recommend a book with superpowers)
Mine would probably be turning into any animal mostly because 1) I love animals and 2) it's a bit of a cheat since that covers a bunch of other powers. If that's too much of a cheat, then probably flight because I have a thing for winged humans.
Speaking of winged humans, I'd probably rec the first three books in the Maximum Ride series!

I see a lot of discussions on books that don't deserve their hype, but what about the ones that do? Tell me a popular stand-a-lone or series that you think deserves all the hype. I'll start and say my choice would be Birthday Girl by Penelope Douglas or the (unsurprisingly) Red Rising series. Give them allll the hype!!!

Inspired by @CrowSong's post 🔗 What was the most romantic line you’ve ever read?, except I want only WRONG ANSWERS. Give me the worst lines you can think of
I just want to have a whacky ol' time in here to start the weekend off right.

If anyone is on a book buying ban, what rules do you have for yourself? How well is it going and what prompted it?
