Hi all! I've got a semi-specific request:
I'm looking for books with Jewish representation that DOESN'T revolve around the Holocaust/WW2. And they would need to be appropriate for middle schoolers.
Thanks in advance!

so far I'm liking the writing of this book. loving how every character (despite there's many of them) has depth. i also love how there's a palestinian character from the west bank š„¹š rooting for you bilal!!!

Lowkey I feel like there's no good reading position. Laying on your side? If your reading a physical book (not an ebook) its difficult to read. Laying on your stomach and looking down? After a few minutes it starts to hurt. Laying on your back and book against your legs propped up? Can also hurt your neck and bad lighting can make this out of the question.
Anyway you guys find a comfy reading position? I have yet to :(

I have been avoiding this one and I really don't wanna fall into a slump, so I'm gonna dnf. š« Really wanted to like it but it's fine.
It's so embarrassing and cringe to read that I just can't handle it

If your current read had a warning label meant to draw you in, what would it say?
Mine would say, āWarning: men with antlers and wings ahead, proceed with cautionā - any guesses on the book?

How do you feel about posting in empty book forums?
How would you feel if a forum have many posts but from the same person? Is it annoying?
I'm reading a book with so little posts in the forum and I feel restricted on -in?- the amount of posts I should make. I don't think it's that much of a problem tbh, I can just do whatever I wanna do as long as its not really too many posts. But I wanna know someone else's opinion on this too.
