Verity completely hooked me. I get that it can be a difficult and quite disturbing read at times, but I honestly loved it. It’s so good at shocking you and keeping you on edge the entire time.
I genuinely don’t know what to believe by the end—are you pro letter or pro manuscript? That’s what makes it so good. It really stays with you after you finish. I get why so many people say this book messes with your head, leaves you questioning everything, and is one of those books you immediately want to discuss with someone after finishing.
I’ve always liked Colleen Hoover’s writing—she has a way of making everything feel so vivid and easy to picture. Regardless of what people say about her, she really knows how to tell a story. That said, I’m not sure she’ll ever top this when it comes to thrillers.
Can’t wait anymore for the movie!!!!

This was such a sweet, feel-good read. I loved it and got completely hooked—it just made me happy while reading.
I love Ed Sheeran, and the fact that this book gave me a new song of his to listen to says it all.

A Little Life is a long, deeply detailed book that’s incredibly well written. I really felt connected to the characters, and while it was very sad, I didn’t cry as much as I expected. After a while, I almost became used to the pain—even though everything kept getting worse with each chapter.
I’m glad I read it and pushed through to the end. It’s a book that made me reflect, feel more appreciative of life, and in some ways grow as a person. At the same time, I wouldn’t reread or recommend it to everyone—it’s extremely heavy and can be too much for many.
I also felt a bit unsure of my own reaction, since I didn’t feel as devastated as others seem to. Maybe I became a bit numb to it because of how constant the trauma was.

I absolutely loved this book. It brought out so many emotions, and I could picture everything so clearly. One of the best books I’ve ever read.

It Happened One Summer… broooo, chapter 16??? I’m done 😭
This whole book was insane in the best way. I loved everything about it—completely hooked from start to finish.

Terms and Conditions just wasn’t it for me. The first book was definitely better. This one felt repetitive—the same dynamic over and over: cold, distant guy, warm girl, he falls first and does everything for her, she forgives, and they get their happy ending.
It was still a bit cozy at times, but overall it didn’t give what I wanted. Not very exciting or memorable for me.

The Fine Print was a cozy, easy read that I got through pretty quickly. It kept my interest enough to make me curious about the other books in the series, but overall I feel quite neutral about it.

Love and Other Words completely pulled me in—I could picture everything so clearly, and I loved the buildup. It made me both laugh and cry, and I felt really connected to the story throughout. The ending felt a bit rushed, though, which left me slightly unsure.
I’m honestly torn on my rating—it’s 50% a 5-star read and 50% a 3-star for me.
