You legend! I have some recommendations of books that I have found useful and/or I read for a Business Leadership Course. I hope these are of use to you and this list.
Your Hype Girl: 51 Female Founders Share Their Most Impactful Learnings, Tactics & Strategies In Business by Doone Roisin Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action and The Infinite Game by Simon Sinek. The Lean Startup by Eric Ries. He also did The Startup Way which is sort of the revamped Lean Startup I believe but I have not read that one.
I also have these books for your consideration which, while more team culture and org focused, can still be of use to Managers, Leaders, Founders.
The Culture Code: The Secrets of Highly Successful Groups by Daniel Coyle The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni Crucial Conversations Tools for Talking When Stakes Are High by Patterson, Grenny, McMillan, Switzler
