oooh interesting to see the spear cuts through water here šŸ‘€ i haven’t read it; it’s on my phys tbr but intriguing that there are different kinds of povs in it! fantastic list 🤩

That was a confusing one to get into 😩 because unlike other books that at least separate the perspectives by chapter, the spear cuts through water will shift perspective mid-page.

that’s… interesting šŸ‘€ honestly, though, all the more intriguing šŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļø i’ll have to get to it soon

I highly recommend this book! Yes, the perspectives can be strange but the strangeness is exactly what Jimenez is crafting. It is such a unique book!

Since a lot of new recs are going to be added that mix two perspectives, I'll keep the special ALL THREE books in this comment.

-Wild Dark Shore
-Harrow the Ninth
-The Fifth Season
-The Spear Cuts Through Water
-Human Acts

The Wolf and His King by Finn Longman also has second and third person POV! I wanted to do this kind of list too but only knew two of such books so kudos!!!
