This started out as a list for some of my friends after a discussion whilst watching PHM. All of us had enjoyed the book, but there were some things about the plot that we felt the film did better, mainly the female characters. Since Sci-Fi is my favourite genre, I wanted to share some recs that made me love it as well as books that were on my radar After browsing the other lists and not seeing anything similar, I felt like I wanted to share it here too.
