A list of memoirs (or similar style of book e.g. epistolary diaries) by trans and non-binary authors.
This includes gender fluid, agender, two-spirit, and any other gender identities outside of the binary labels.
See my trans Rights readathon suggestions masterlist for more trans reads! đłïžââ§ïž

I have two recs: "We have always been here" by Samra Habib - they are enby and the book is amazing đ„° Jonathan van Ness has also written a memoir, "Over The Top" - he uses he/him, but identifies as enby, too âš I was so happy to see enby representation on 'Queer Eye'!
Touching the Art by Mattilda Berstein Sycamore - I think a lot of her work touches this area but that's one of her more recent books
If poetry counts for this collection (and I understand if you feel that's outside the scope, to clear!) there's also Femme in Public by Alok and Togetherness by Wo Chan
Ooo that sounds great, I've added Touching the Art! đ
Hmm, I was gonna do a seperate trans non-fiction list (non-memoir, educational etc), so maybe I should make poetry a separate list đ€ I shall have a think! Appreciate the suggestions and I shall add them to wherever I add poetry!
One I didnât get to put on a list of ones I found is Fairest by Meredith (?)
& Iâll come back cuz I probably have more.
OH yes that is one on my radar, thank you for the suggestion and reminder đ„°
I really enjoyed none of the above by Travis alabanza
Ooo sounds good, added đ„°
