One of my favorite topics. đź–¤ I've read the three Caitlin Doughty books (love her YouTube channel) and All the Living and the Dead and they were all great, also good as audiobook experiences. If you're interested in adding forensic anthropology, two books of Sue Black's were fantastic (one of which she narrates herself), All that Remains and Written in Bone.

🖤 i think many of these will fit the theme. i’ve read two of the Caitlin Doughty books and i agree excellent on audio. i’m always hesitant to recommend it bc it’s about a very controversial topic but The Last Doctor is honestly one of the most impactful books i’ve ever read.
