Ooo, also you may enjoy The Green Witch it's a YouTube channel, where she breaks down her use of plants and herbs, and the environment around her in her magic. She also has a book she wrote on the topic. If anything, the videos are a super chill vibe

Essentially, my weird way of saying the books that have recipes and rituals you can use to find your way around plant magic. As well as tips and such.
For just a correspondence book, I love Llewellyn's Complete Book of Correspondences. It's not just plants. It also breaks down astrology, moon cycle, crystals, base correspondences with different deities, animals, etc. As I've explored new avenues, it's been nice to have all of that in one place instead of trying to find a different book every time. Plus, you can also search based on intention and find what ties to it, as well as individual crystals, plants, etc.
