This November I will be reading strictly Indies, for those of you who don't know what they are, it's book written by independent authors who are either self publishing their works or using small publishers. This means usually marketing and all costs fall to these authors trying to put their stories out into the world, and they are often overlooked and we as readers miss out on some incredible stories.
I will be adding some that I have already read, as well as what I plan to read for IndieVember

Alright Ive set my personal TBR for November. If I finish all early I'll throw in one more. Be sure to keep suggesting books to add though, I'll be continuing the trend of one or two a month after November as well!

Yes ! Just yesterday I was on here about amazing indie fantasy thank you so much !
Woo!! Hopefully you find something new, if you like a romance aspect and sci-fi, highly suggest Umbra (Sentient Stars Series) I've dubbed it SciMantasy!
I'm not partial to romance in fantasy and in fact I find I like romances in fantasy to be subtle nods rather than overpowered plots. Love me some political intrigue though? Scimatansy sounds fun ! I'll add it to my list đââïž
Yea it's certainly not the forefront of that series but definitely there. Toro does a great job of giving a lot of the political intrigue throughout so far. Another fun one I finished was Envoys of War by Dave Lawson (I have the series novella in this list), it's a classic quest fantasy with a unique twist on mages, good main characters, pretty fast paced, and one of the main characters is asexual which I found such an interesting part of who they were and not something you'd typically see in this kind of fantasy setting, but it was overstated, it just was if that makes sense.
okay ! Interested ! with the amount of amazing recs here I will need an extra pair of eyeballs I want to read it all !!!
Haha I feel you on that!
Also want to give the disclaimer there is no way I'll be able to read all of these in November but also wanted to use this list as a good collection for folks!
Love that youâre promoting indies. Some of the most innovative stuff is coming from self-published authors.
Couldn't agree more, some of my favorite reads this year have been from Indie authors!
Itâs happening in the romance genre as well. One of my favourite books this year has been from new indie author.
Very awesome to hear! Not sure I have a particular favorite indie read of the year, but I think my favorite Romantasy this year was A Kingdom of Shadow and Ash by J.F. Johns!
Checking it out now! BTW, I recall you being into Romantasy, or rather, Bromantasy. One of my other favourite reads this year is a romantic fantasy by Milla Vane, A Heart of Blood and Ashes, part of the A Gathering of Dragons series. (Dragons are not prominent.đ ) Itâs pretty racy. And it might be too far on the romance side, but the world building is solid.
I'll have to check it out haha I've read some super spicy books this year so I will hopefully survive đ
Now comes the hard part of narrowing this down to 4-5 books for November đŹ
