I’d recommend Marsha Linehan’s, Building a Life Worth Living: A Memoir. Dr. Linehan is the world-renowned psychologist who created Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She used her own mental health issues to create this therapy.

Throwing a recommendation your way! Although content wise, in my opinion this book is far more useful for people who are just beginning on their healing journey/ are a bit overwhelmed where to start, as opposed to those who are looking at more focused introspection. No matter what, healing generational trauma is deffo punk af ❤️‍🩹
