A classic, and very early, locked-room mystery is The Mystery of the Yellow Room by Gaston Leroux. Great list!

It's definitely one of the earliest! I've got The Big Bow Mystery by Israel Zangwill, published 15 years prior to it, which is considered the first full length locked room mystery!
