That's actually kinda creepy... My kid literally just came home from school today with Haunted Canada 3, which I had never heard of before. He's very excited to read all of them.

I lived up in Edinburgh, but spent a few nights in Manchester. When I visit it is either to see family near Bridport or to go back to my favourite city (again, Edinburgh).
Well now I want to dig out my copy of Ghost Stories of British Columbia!
You'd think I would have read that one by now, given I have lived in/around the capital for ages, and we are apparently super haunted lol
Yeeeeees! When I visited Victoria as a kid I asked every historical tour we went on about ghosts to the point I think I started annoying my parents lol.
We would have been friends as kids, methinks.
I would have loved a fellow spooky friend. None of my friends were into ghosts then (or now really lol)
Oooh I think the first two books of the Québec Insolite serie by Danielle Goyette would fit, the first is "Ghosts and mysterious places" and the second "Haunted Houses" (the serie has like 13 books and 9 and 11 also talk about ghosts, the others are about UFO and cryptozoology etc).
Hey, I just looked into these, and it looks like neither of them have English language translations on Goodreads, so I can't bring them over to Pagebound in order to add them to this list. They do sound really interesting, and would totally fit this list, though!
Oh no I didn't check if they'd been translated 😔 I'll check if there's something in English about the ghosts of the french province !
