Hi! This is a great list! I have some suggestions that I think will fit here. The first is “The Making of Asian America” by Erica Lee, and the second is “We too Sing America” by Deepa Iyer. Both are great introductions into the realities of the Asian American Community and call for solidarity between minorities, recognizing that this nation operates on the same playbook to oppress so many groups of people and the solution is working together.

Thank you for this list! Even though I've been working on educating myself about the reality of the country I was born in and call home, I'd somehow only read one of these books. So of course I've bookmarked your list to come back to every time I'm ready for another lesson!
