Xenofiction is a story told from the perspective of a nonhuman, such as an animal, an alien, or a monster. This is NOT a list for creatures that think and act exactly like humans, but instead for stories where the creatures' instincts and biology play a role in worldbuilding and narrative. Mostly adult with a few YA books!

This is such a cool list!! I havenāt heard of xenofiction before!
What a cool list! Would you consider stories where only one POV is by an animal? Iām thinking specifically about Remarkably bright creatures where an octopus is one of the MCs and part of the story is told from his perspective. Heās also quite essential to the whole storyline and plot ^^
