This is my first time to read a Hunger Games book in English and it is a bit challenging. The way Collins builds sentences is quite unique - at least for me -, and because of it sometimes I don't understand the real meaning (?) of it. Has anyone else felt this way?

I love the fact that the chapters are short but also that they each kind of end on their own little cliffhanger.
