    Speculative Fiction

Reading this a year later, I now fully realise that Atwood was right in saying this book is speculative fiction. Everything in the novel has either happened before or belongs to a real ideology people have held. This book is a warning. Everything in the novel has a chance of coming true and this could be our future. Some of it has become true in the past year. I am excited as I am terrified of re-reading this book, which I undoubtedly will, in a few years time. What more from this book will become reality?

  • Bookish drinks?

What are some of your favorite drinks to sip on when you’re reading? šŸ“–

For me, it’s either iced coffee in the morning or a juicy seltzer in the afternoon.
