Reading this book made me feel both smart and very stupid. I can really appreciate the writing it’s written very well. It is very literary which isn’t my usual but I enjoyed it. A good book, albeit quite depressing.

Such a cute story, at first I wasn’t convinced but by the first third I was hooked and finished it in a day. It’s very silly and random but it was really fun read!

I’m not sucked in yet, I know it’s a kids book but it does all feel very surface level so far

Dear lord, I am so scared to start this book. Everyone says this book will make you feel all the emotions. It has take me a few years through these books. But I made a goal to finish it this year! I am so ready but also so sad this is the end.

Hey y'all. I'm having a hard time starting this book. I absolutely annihilated the Mistborn trilogy and was extremely captivated with the story, the magic system, and just how Sanderson writes overall. But, as is fairly common, I finished a story with the same characters over three books and now I'm struggling to get into this new story. If anyone could help out with some reassuring and encouraging comments, I'd appreciate that SO very much! <3

Oh my what a wonderful book. I absolutely loved the writing style, the switch between POVs with overlapping scenes so you could appreciate it from every angle was so perfectly done. The ending was so beautiful, throughout the book I had doubt that it could be finished in a good place as a standalone book but somehow it did. The ending was so perfect, heartbreaking and beautiful and cheerful and at once. So perfectly done.

That fight scene was insane, I loved the way it was told through both sides it was just incredibly done

Three quarters done and still no clue what’s going on 😂 yet still I can really appreciate Erikson’s writing and the grand scope of the story even if I can’t keep up

The world of this book feels so thought out and real and the characters are written so well each with a different driving force, it feels very real
