I am crying, and can't wait for the second book. T w T

The characters are amazingly written and everything they do makes sense without being too obvious; the world is interesting and realistic.

The MC is a great character to follow, not without flaws and we can see growth as the story goes on; I can't wait to see how much more she will grow in the second book.

The romance is also something I enjoyed, not the usual we see recommended everywhere; the FL is both strong and sweet without being a Mary Sue, and the ML is kind, intelligent and sweetly braty&annoying at the same time. Quite a breath of fresh air!

For those whose first language is not English this might be a difficult read; my level is around C1 and I still had difficulty understanding everything without a dictionary.

But overall - pleasant read and a recommendation to all lovers of the fantasy genre!
