Ngl why are people saying you definitely need to do background reading for this? It's so manageable. I don't feel out of my depth at all and I can't read classics. I can't believe that I let people intimidate me from this book.

VERY VERY MILD SPOILERS
i have no idea where I found out about this book or why I picked it up which is eerily similar to some of the contents of this book so I think im just about ready to toss out my computer and be one with the earth (half joking 🙃)
