I loved the book in its entirety, but mostly the last part. Thats where it really gets up to speed, and through the confusion of all the things happening you’re just stuck there, glued to your chair, thinking that the author is not going to do that, and not only he doesn’t do that - he does something that you would not even think about.
Its the art of taking our attention completely away from something for a long time, then making us aware of it, but not doing anything with it, AGAIN, and then when nobody expects it, using it in the most mind boggling plot twist possible.

I have read this book 4 times over, and on each of those re-reads I am once again dumbfounded and half the time don’t know whats going on, thanks to the incredible nature of physics and science.

An introduction to the SciFi genre, these books are part of the cultural zeitgeist or the 'canon' that many would recognize. Look for more niche titles in later Starter Pack volumes.

Same as the first one, this goes by pretty fast. Acctually even faster, and the way the plot is being swinged around, is just satisfying. And then the end just punches you in the face, without even landing. Because quite literally, the scene doesnt end. So, it’s like one of the bigest cliffhangers I ever witnessed.

I loved the plot of this one as a kid so much, and I still do. The parseltongue mistery, the addition from the movies for me, of explenation of the library and hermione scene. Just all-together a great book, but I think it would benefit from the addition of a few more pages. I just felt like it skipped throughout the year a bit too fast.
