I'm feeling a bit under the weather so i just started reading and I've got a question for all of you. What is everyone's comfort book?? Like the book that you can reread an uncountable amount of times and still love it with your whole heart? The one where you know the whole plot but just find comfort with the characters and the world? Or maybe you don't reread this book but think about when you're sad? Or you don't have a book like this? If so, why?

Find me a man who is willing to stand in a bookstore for hours while I pick up every book I have read and spend 15 minutes talking about the plot and everything I loved/hated about the book without pouting, sighing, or walking away. I am cilingy, I need someone who won't walk away when I pick up the same book for the fourth time, contemplating if I should read it this month or next month. And I don't need him to spend money on me or anything, just be there, spending time with me, showing interest, not walking away, holding my books, giving hugs, and willing to listen to me the second I finish my book, listening to everything I have to say. And he can play his video games, or do his work, I just want to sit there up next to him reading my book, spending quality time. Sadly, however, so far, I have only seen these types of men in the books I read. Real-life men I have dated have just complained the entire time, not understanding why one would read to no extent. Sighing every time I mention the books I am reading. Anyways, this is my personal crash-out concerning the dating life as a bookworm, feel free to do the same in the comments.

I love the character development and the fierce and funny conversations! The yearning - although entertaining - is a little bit too much for me. But I am still ready and happy to read the next book. PS: Kingsley is so much fun!

My tea is hot, I am wearing fussy socks and it’s relatively cold outside: I am ready for a good cozy story 🫶
