i’m already loving the writing style. it’s almost like reading my own thoughts.

i bought the book. the wait on libby is almost 6 months, i knew i would never get my hands on the digital or audiobook lol. i’m so excited to go into this book completely blind, i didn’t read the description, all i know is the main characters name. thanks to everyone who shared their thoughts with me starting the book!

i’m not sure what to title this post, but as the movie comes out Friday, i’m wondering if i should try to read the book before Friday when i see the movie. i really don’t want to be spoiled, but i’m also reading 2 other books and have 2 more for book clubs i’m going to start reading soon, so i don’t want to be overwhelmed. how long is the book, and is it easy to read? how do you guys feel about the plot? i am a fast reader (when i am fully focused i can read ≈100 pages an hour) so it wouldn’t be difficult for me, but i am really just looking for anyone’s thoughts.

omg why does Tris keep involving herself in family matters that aren’t her own… this is not going to end well 😭

Tris is pissing me off so much right now actually… i understand why she would want to take action against Tobias’s father Marcus, but honestly, it isn’t her place. I cannot imagine how much trouble she will potentially find herself in, simply based on how this book started.
