one of the things i love about books with overly flowery prose and ultradramatic gay yearning with almost nonexistent plot is having a post nut clarity of thinking "wow, that was kinda shit."
some of y'all correlate this with tumblr writing but for me it's more of a disney kid trying to rebrand as a goth wattpad authorâwhats with the amount of lip biting and bella swan-y carrying of books typashi. also throw in the occasional out-of-timing smirks and out-of-place gen z slangs of npcs amidst the hozier-sombr hodgepodge of inner monologue of the mcâlike its legit unsettling bruh.
