i just read something that said to improve reading speed, you have to learn to turn off the āvoiceā in your head that says every word and iām INTRIGUED.
i find it incredibly interesting because iāve never had a voice in my head that reads each word, all i have to do is see the word and iāve read it. if iām trying to read slowly, i have to make a concentrated effort to say each word in my head. iāve also found that reading out loud is tricky for me because my eyes read faster than i can talk. i canāt figure out how to express this more eloquently so i hope it makes sense!
all that being said, do you guys find that you have a āvoiceā in your head when you read? do just your eyes read? am i the last person to find out about this? iām so interested!!

I think the series is improving and each volume is better than the last. The story felt cohesive and progressed continuously. This was different compared to the other volumes, and I really enjoyed it. The story also entertained me. I love the author's style and artistry, I love the character and world designs so much. We also saw more about the characters' backgrounds and emotions compared to the previous two volumes, and in my opinion, they gained depth in this volume. This is my favourite in the series so far. I definitely recommend it.
*My favourite pages are:*
*1, 12, 16-17, 19, 26, 28, 31, 33-34, 40, 42-44, 50, 53, 56-60, 70, 72, 80-83, 85, 88, 92, 97, 99-101, 108-111, 115, 119-120, 122-123*

I am really enjoying the pacing of this one a lot more than I did any of the previous books I've read in the series

Omg! Omg! Omg!!! Running kicking and screaming! The way I moved so fast to get Iron Flame was unreal! As good as it is I canāt believe that I havenāt ever gotten any major majors spoilers before actually reading it, just the usual Oh youāre going to LOVE Xaden. And honestly theyāre the real ones. Letting me fall in love with the series all on my own.
