The climate is intrinsic to life on Earth. What happens when it changes? These books examine our reality and imagined futures, both dystopian and utopian, to offer us words of warning, but also hope.

I'm a Kindle/ physical book girlie but been listening to more audiobooks lately. And I love to high light and refer back to book quotes all the time. But what are the audiobook girlies doing about this?? Are we doing a notes app? Reading journal? Should I write them here lol? Even thinking about checking out the kindle version on Libby so I can just highlight my quotes and returning the book lol

Omg how London is described here. Gorgeous. And can apply to sooo many cities. "London ā lovely, ugly, sprawling, cramped, belching, sniffing, virtuous, hypocritical, silver-gilded London ā was near to a reckoning, for the day would come when it either devoured itself from inside or cast outwards for new delicacies, labour, capital, and culture on which to feed."
