Guys i love Nesta so bad. Nesta they can never make me hate you. I loved this book just as much as I loved acomaf. The yearning. The forced proximity. The self love journey. I’m mourning this book already.

I’m mourning Feyre’s pov. I did love this book and getting a nice break between books with very serious plots. However it wasn’t quite as good as the previous three books due to the lack of depth in the plot, therefore it had to be my first 4 star rating in the ACOTAR series. To anyone wondering if they can skip this book and go straight to ACOSF, I would recommend reading this first. It has a lot of sweet moments and was still enjoyable:)

the person who recommended this book to me told me that the first half wasn’t as good as the second half, as well as the book as a whole isn’t as good as its sequel. i kept waiting to find a lull where i’d know what she was reffering to but it never came. i LOVED this book the whole way through. the world building is insane in here and i adored every second. i’m so so so thankful this is a multi book series so i don’t have to let go of it quite yet.

a few people told me that ACOMAF would be the best book in this series and that i wouldn’t enjoy ACOWAR as much, but i did. the focus on the war plot was so interesting to read. i can’t wait to read the rest of this series.

i LOVED this book. i don’t think i’ve ever read a found family trope like this before. this story is so touching in most chapters and it constantly had me wanting to know what comes next. it also had the strongest final sentence ive seen in a novel in a while.
