I feel like the blurb is the whole book? Am I missing something? This book literally could’ve been an email

I’m not as hooked on this book as I was Hobbit & Fellowship. Feel like I’m reading it just to finish it vs the previous being completely absorbed.

I watched the film before reading the book and wonder if my opinion on the book would be different if I read it first… I really loved this read, their relationship and humour were so beautiful to see! I didn’t have the emotion towards Rocky as I did when I watched the film (which I sobbed multiple times at).

I really wanted to love this but I started 25th March and it’s now 22nd May. I just kept putting it down and didn’t have the desire to pick it up again. I didn’t feel sucked into the world in the same way I was for the previous two books. Perhaps it’s just a me issue and another time I’ll enjoy it more..
