Pretty simple but enjoyable story. Even though the POV changed from first to third multiple times, it was explained and done in a way that was interesting and easy to follow. I enjoy the commentary about anything related to sex work. I have pretty strong feelings about the relationship at the beginning of the story, but that's just me.

I feel a bit out of the loop, becasue I first really knew of Remini for her fantastic hosting on games how People Puzzler. So then when I saw this audiobook on Libby, I was so interested. I had heard some things about Scientology and it's seemingly cultist ways. This was a great look into one person's experience coming into and then ultimately leaving. But also after completing this book (which is read by Leah Remini), you can put me down for being an SP. This was enjoyable to hear about Remini's life and the hardships and joys that can come from Hollywood.

"This story happened a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. It is already over. Nothing can be done to change it." Listen here Stover! Doesn't mean I'm not going to try and change it. This time it'll be different!!

"It was sad to me that we deployed this API with our mission of benefiting humanity, and everyone had such positive impressions about how we had users saving time on customer service or whatever," one former OpenAI employee says, "but in reality, a lot of our traffic was going to AI Dungeon child sexual content and a creepy AI girlfriend product."
SHUT THIS SHIT DOWN (none of this is shocking but holy hell I feel violent💢)

First half is charming. Third quarter is just a spicy scene montage. Last part wrapped up the story very neat and predictable. It's pretty comfy of a story that may leave you slightly blushing. Edit Review
