I honestly wish there was trigger warnings provided for the book. I went into it blind since I had to read it for a course and wish I was a bit more mentally prepared.
I think it was profound for the time but I did not find much of the poetry deep or impactful. I found it to be mostly statements you would find on a break up journey insta post and did not have much originality to some of it. the grammar was bad and hard to read as well. I wanted to like it but me and Rupi Kaur do not mix.

Hi everyone,
Iām currently about to start the 3rd ACOTAR book and given the announcement of the 6th and 7th books coming out I have a question about the order.
I saw online that you have to read Crescent City in order to understand the remainder ACOTAR books especially the ones that are coming out. Is this true? or do yall think I would be okay without reading them?
