What a wild ride! Loved the little plot twists at the end and the beautiful stories of the residents of Coopers Chase. Seems silly to call a murder mystery light-hearted but it was such a fun casual read and I'm definitely tuning in to the next book in the series. Can't wait to see how the book translates to film!

Why do so many dislike this book?

I read this book in 3 days, I absolutely loved it, but I find most adults seriously dislike this book, saying the ending was obvious. Meanwhile, I was over here sobbing by the end of it. I don't know if im an immature reader, or just easily impressed. But I found the whole book to feel real nostalgic, the characters were silly but they're teenagers so I felt it was spot on. Does anyone else like this book as much as I do?
