If you are looking for isolation mysteries, those are technically closed room/ or closed circle mysteries, I would recommend my other two lists which cover those! Trapped With A Killer and Closed Circle Mysteries

Ooh, I love a good locked door mystery! I've got a couple recommendations as well, though some of them aren't locked rooms in the literal sense but still closed circle so I think they'd fit.
Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton Daisy Darker by Alice Feeney The Decagon House Murders by Yukito Ayatsuji
Also, a bit out of left field, but another suggestion would be Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir because the plot is basically a locked-room mystery in space.

After reading The Most Wonderful Crime of the Year I have decided to remove it from the list, technically it contains a locked room but readers looking for that would be disappointed.
