Loving all the scandi lists! This is only in my interested but "When death takes something from you give it back" by Naja Marie Aidt seems to be a heavy read. "11%" by Maren Uthaug might also work?

This might be skewed in favour of Norway whoops, can't help that i know that canon the best. Would be happy to get some Swedish/Danish recs!
And oh The Long Ships (Röde Orm) by Frans Bengtsson and The Emigrants by Vilhelm Moberg are also swedish classics

For Danish, this is only a poem/song by Jens Rosendal. It's called "Forelskelsessang" or "Du kom med alt der var dig". If you don't know it already, please check it out! I don't know if it's in a poetry collection or something. It's in the "Højskolesangbog" though I think (which is a song book)

Finland is technically not a part of Scandinavia, so I'm only doing Denmark, Sweden and Norway, but thank you for the rec!

It's alright! I think a lot of people conflate the Nordic countries (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland) with the Scandinavian countries, so they're sometimes used interchangeably. I don't know that much about Icelandic/Finnish literature and this list would get so long as well hahaha so I decided to only do the Scandi countries🫶
