I’m reading one right now, Seven Nights in a Rogue’s Bed by Anna Campbell, and enjoying it. Historical romance with a mature (emotionally), intelligent heroine, and an older “rake.”

I thought The Wrath and The Dawn was a retelling of One Thousand and One Nights, not Beauty and The Beast 🤔
That’s true, but I’ve seen people online say it also seems like it pulls from Beauty and the Beast too, so I kind of added it on that technicality. Do you think I should keep it or take it off the list?
I would take it off 🤔 I guess the similarity is that a girl goes to the castle of a "monster", but it doesn't seem enough to make it a retelling
