anyone else waiting for a sapphic bridgerton season? (books with tea parties, big dresses and/or general victorian vibes!) 💗

Loveeeee this niche. Just wanna mention tho that A Muse of Missing Pieces is not regency or historical! It’s set in its own world. There are some historical (victorian?) inspired stuff but it’s very small imo
yes! i was struggling to find what would be the best way to title this list for accuracy but without making the title super long so i just went for regency but the list is just a mix of whatever i feel fits the vibe! i know technically that book falls under fantasy since its a made up world but the general vibes of the book, to me at least, felt like it still fit along with these books so i added it!
Thats fair! Id personally rec naming the list differently or saying regency-vibe (or bridgerton-vibe?) since regency books are very popular and specific and could cause confusion / be misleading 💗💗 just my two cents
thank you for mentioning this mossy!! it's good info to know, it could be misleading /gen 💖
it's not out yet, but (i think?) The Regency Switch by Helen Gaskell fits this criteria!
ooo thank you for the rec! i'll look that up!
everyone get up ! lesbianmenace just dropped another banger list !
hehehe thank u!! it's my holiday gift to those who accept 💗
thank you royal witch femme !! 🤗 we always need more specific recs but sapphic.
🙂↕️ so true bestie!
love this list! i would also like to recommend Ladies in Hating by Alexandra Vasti and The Shocking Experiments of Miss Mary Bennet by Melinda Taub.
omg yes! thank you! i knew about that vasti book but forgot! i'll add that + the other rec which also sounds very good! 💐
the latter one is a tad bonkers but is fun. I won't spoil who the love interest is, but it's an interesting pairing!
