I could’ve missed it but “Guts” by raina telgemeir is a great middle-grade memoir about an anxiety disorder that resulted in a lot of vomiting. I was able to give it to a student with the same problem and they loved it!
I’d recommend it’s lonely at the centre of the earth by Zoe Thorogood!

Rec Request(!): I’m putting together a collection of YA graphic novel/manga/comic titles (both fiction and nonfiction). I’m hoping to represent more mature/intense factors of health/mental health/disability rep where possible, especially because this is usually kept more out of YA. If you know titles that apply, or just have favorite YA (or Middle Grade Titles, or New Adult/Adult titles you think may be good for YA still) —let me know! :)
