I haven't read all of them, but all the ones I haven't read are on my TBR (and I just did a little google search, to see if they fit in the list)!!
As the resident LotR nerd, I have to say Lord of the Rings, I'm sorry 😅
and also: The Bloodsworn Saga and The Broken Erath Trilogy; I read both of them very recently and I was blown away by both! They became instant favourites (maybe I'm just mentioning them because I just read them, but wow, they were great!!)
Both Bloodsworn and Broken Earth are in my tbr. I am Hoping to read them next year!
I was going to agree with you on LOTR, because it is one of a kind and the world building was a pioneer, but my heart goes to Eartsea when it comes to favorites 😌

LotR is just such a classic, I love that one... but I really like Eartsea as well!!
