weirdly specific but such a trend lately (and there is indeed some type of connection to horror, maybe bc of the "uncanny" vibes as it's not such a familiar color we normally see, or that we can relate it to "TOXIC" labels? idk)
Yeah I have no idea where it came from but I feel like it's everywhere, it certainly is eye catching so maybe that's something to do with it?

Love this list! I have seen this as a trend recently and I will say I'm always drawn to covers with this font color for some reason. It makes me think it's going to be spooky or atmospheric (which makes sense with the abundance of horror on this list).
