Oh my goooood, you need to stop finding so many good books to make interesting lists with, or else my TBR will last me till I'm 80 😩. The Anomaly looks so cool, this list is great!

Oh, same! But in this case I will say, the idea of the underground and getting lost in a cave is so utterly horrifying and nightmarish to me that I suppose it works well for horror. Hence, The Anomaly -> my tbr (and also why I read the junji ito one with one eye closed 🥲) Also, globaly speaking, books that take place in just one location are always fun to me, no matter the genre (even if in a cave 😵💫).
The junji ito one gave me nightmares for months!
Right?? It's so scary it messed me up bad, that full page spread was the stuff of nightmares (you know which one 🥲)
