I have one! The poet Joseph Brodsky wrote a sort of travelogue about Venice in winter called Watermark. There's no real plot and the prose is really lovely.

I am back and realizing there is no Jeanette Winterson in this list. I will suggest Art and Lies because I just finished it and it is very verse-y, but other Winterson fans might have a better suggestion from her bibliography.
