A collection of litRPG (and progression fantasy) books that either sound good, are good, or might suck š

Ok, be honest... do any of these other books hit as hard as DCC? What have people been reading to fill the DCC hole after finishing the series?
Honestly haven't dive into them yet, I'm just getting to book 7 DCC, but I've heard really good things about the Cradle series!
i fear the hole DCC left in me wonāt be filled until the 8th book is published
No kidding. I've slowed down reading the series since I know I'm going to be devastated once I have to wait for book 8. About to finish book 4 and am gonna read something else before starting up book 5.
i only knew the series was still unfinished until i started the 7thš definitely a good idea to pace them!
Just wanted to say that this is such a good list title lol š
Haha thank you, I wanted it to be punny šš
Might get crazy and make this a quest at some point š¬

Ooh!! Can I make recommendations??
Yes please! I'm looking to get more into this genre after DCC!
Fantastic!! I highly recommend How to Become the Dark Lord and Die Trying by Django Wexler! Easily one of my favorite books of last year and the sequel comes out this month.
Added! The genre is a lot of fun!
Level: Unknown by David Dalglish and Long Live Evil by Sarah Rees Brennan might also fit the bill for this.
I added level unknown, and TBR'd long live evil because it sounds really good, but seems to fit more in the high fantasy silo and not so much the litRPG subgenre but let me know if I'm missing something! Thank you for the awesome recs so far!
