I need to take a break after reading chapter 21. It's just scary to know that some of the stuff in this book is historically accurate of how women in the 1800s were treated by men.

The more I read, the deeper in love I fall with this author. AJW is an absolute master of putting into words so many experiences & feelings that have made me feel so isolated in the past. Now, while reading this, I do feel like it is healing parts of me. I don't feel so "broken" or "wrong" or "selfish". The way I understand, so viscerally, many of the things Silas experiences with autism, feminism and society. Wow. I'm 51% in and this is STUNNING!
This is a must read - especially for Pride Month. Go to your local independent bookseller and grab this. Better yet - grab AJW's entire works, he's incredible.
