Wondering if anyone has recs for specifically m/m t4t stories? Itās super hard to find any (Iāve found only 7 so far). Any genre is fine but preferably from a queer and/or trans author.

Heyyy! I'm wondering what books you have found by yourself and had no clue it was actually really popular on BookTok or somewhere? For me it was Lights out. When I was halfway through reading it I realized that it was actually trending. š¤£

This is the type slow burn cozy fantasy combination I love and I am devastated that the second one isn't out yet. Though the compulsion spell did stress me out BAD, I had a good time! That's probably the only reason this didn't get five stars from me because I hate those types of plotlines and I normally stay away from them. But now I have to pine quietly for the rest of the trilogy like Sebastien. I can see how Leo would be polarizing because he is very likely to lash out and is a master self-sabotager, but I liked him in spite of that. I think if he got his ass kicked in school, that might have helped jumpstart his character growth, but he got around to it eventually.

I think I would have liked this installation more if it came a little earlier in the series, like around the book 4 mark. Seeing Chih new at their job and fumbling around would have felt more endearing to me there. The way A Mouthful of Dust ended made me think we would be seeing their journey home in the next one and we got one of their first missions instead. I think that unmet expectation combined with Chih's learning curve made me enjoy this one the least of the series as of now.
