entertaining read but pretty much everyone in this book is insufferable. I can’t even begin to express how much I don’t care about their rich people problems. I like the deadly sins concept but wrath doesn’t work in a contemporary setting imo. his actions that are supposed to seem ruthless and badass just make him look like a rich arrogant prick. (which he is to be fair).

legitimately shrieked “WHAT???” when I got to the last page. I cant begin to stress how rare it is for a book to make me invested like this has. it took me a minute to get used to the writing style but the story got me and I flew through this faster than I have any other book in a long time. I love love love how well everything is interconnected and the pacing (especially of how those connections are revealed) is really good imo. so so good. book two can’t come soon enough.
