Okay so, I was going to make a joke in the realms of "maybe Lovell is latin for fing btch" on somebody else's post but could not find a satisfying enough dig so I went and searched for actual origin on the name and here it is if you're interested :
Nickname from old-Norman French lo(u)ve,meaning 'female wolf'. This name may indicate a 'fierce or calculated person. First recorded spelling is that of 'William Luuel',dated 1130.

This was so. much. fun!
Honestly, no notes. I think this is on par with The fake out for me.
Yes, both the main characters might come off as very mean in the beginning, but I like my hate-to-love stories to start with some serious hate. And, in Alexei and Georgia's case, it makes it even more interesting to see how their perspectives change as they learn more about each other (and find out how their initial impressions of the other were completely wrong).
Their dynamics were funny and I loved Georgia's witty comebacks, but I also think these two were interesting as individual characters: Alexei with his perspective as an "older" hockey player (compared, for example, to the other characters in this series), and Georgia with her struggles as a woman who genuinely loves her career and wants to put it first.
And did I mention the references to The Vampire Diaries and Twilight? I laughed so hard and enjoyed every single one, as someone who also loved them growing up... and, honestly, still loves TVD to this day, lol.
