My first real step into literary fiction and it was beautiful. I loved Cara so much and I loved how it was written like a stream of consciousness like an interview would be. It was a great look into a woman’s life and how quickly the world changes around you.

The BEST Bridgerton book so far. Sophie best girl! Benedict (eh) (but not surprised it’s a Bridgerton). The banter is PEAK. Possibly the best Cinderella retelling I’ve read so far, and the use of the social class was so perfect. Also Violet shined in this book soooo big.

I can’t believe I let people’s bad reviews keep me from reading it until now. I feel like I might actually like Simon in the book better… The humor is AMAZING and I love the family, especially Violet. I like the pacing in the book, quick and fun. I will say that Daphne and Simon are a bit flip-floppy.

Overall, I enjoyed reading Shari’s experience and she is a wonderful author.

I am so surprised at how much I loved this book. The other two were fun, but not an absolute fave, but I am in love with Teddy and Gus. The banter was so good, and I loved getting to know Teddy since we had seen so much of her in the other two books. Also Gus is SUCH a softie and I’m tired of pretending he’s not. Him and Riley are the cutest, and I love the relationship with Cam (who I am 99% sure the 4th book is about)

I forgot how fun a little silly romance could be and how much I love regency era romances. The element of revenge was fun to follow.
