I will review this one but I will talk about the entire trilogy. These books are beautifully written, the world and the characters are so detailed the I could imagine the world vividly in my mind. The first book was the one that I liked less while the Wicked king was my fav. As everyone knows those are more political books than romance but for exactly this reason I enjoyed them even more, I fully committed to the story and when I occasionally read about Jude and Cardan it felt like a reward. Beautiful series I 100% recommend it.

An introduction to the Romantasy genre, these books are part of the cultural zeitgeist or the 'canon' that many would recognize. Look for more niche titles in later Starter Pack volumes.

I LOVE Holly Jackson but this book definitely wasn’t at her level. The character were beautifully written, she’s the only one the really made me HATE a book character. The plot was good and i really liked the end but Red was SO repetitive about her mother that i couldn’t stand her no more. The fact that she talked abou it so much was the reason i sometimes didn’t want to read it. Overall the plot twists were really good so i gave it 4 stars ⭐️

This was the book that got me out of my 2 years reading slump so I will forever grateful for that. I read it in two days, it was enjoyable and easy to follow but maybe that was the reason I only gave it 3 stars ⭐️. The characters were pretty good but I would have enjoyed more personality and also a more detailed world building. The plot overall was kinda good. Also the book ends with the story unfinished so MAYBE I will buy the second.

I thought I would’ve enjoyed it a bit more than what I actually did. It might have been cause I stopped it a year ago (book slump) an picked it up again some days ago. I actually liked it, the story was good and I loved the found family. Maybe it was a little bit overrated but I also get the hype cause honestly the moment I finished it I started ACOWAR.

It was exactly what I needed, a breath of fresh air. The fairytale vibes were immaculate🏰✨. The characters are SO good especially Jacks, he is the perfect mix of “cruelty” and “love”. Evangeline was very different from others Stephanie Garber characters and I lived for it, she’s not my favorite but she fits the vibe of the book PERFECTLY🩷 I’m writing this review years after I read it so just consider it for all the trilogy.

I’m gonna write this review for all the trilogy. The whole series was SO good I couldn’t get to do anything without thinking about it for days. The last book completely broke me. Pippa and Ravi are definitely one of my favorite duos ever, they complete eachother perfectly that I really couldn’t get enough of them. Holly Jackson has a beautiful and contorted mind, she made things fits in a way I could have never expected. The whole trilogy is a 10/10.
